This includes in-office visits, home and extended facility visits, hospital visits, minor procedures, joint and trigger point injections, EKGs, diagnostic and wellness exams, phone and video consultations, and specialist referral coordination with direct doctor-to-doctor communication. The practice charges one transparent membership fee with no co-pays or extra fees.
