Renova Health offers two membership tiers. The Premium membership for adults 30 and older is $155 per month. Pricing varies by age, with lower rates for children and young adults. The Health Essentials tier offers a lower monthly cost for patients who want core preventive services. Family and employer group rates are also available.

The Premium membership includes all office visits and most commonly used services at no charge, free baseline labs, minor procedures at no charge, and extensive procedures at 50% off. Health Essentials includes a comprehensive initial visit, an annual wellness visit, and an initial health coaching session. Both tiers include same-day or next-business-day appointments, direct provider communication, negotiated low-cost labs and imaging, and no co-pays.

Yes. Both membership tiers include same-day or next-business-day appointments for acute illness and injury. Members also have direct access to their provider by phone, text, and email for non-urgent questions.

Renova Health operates on a direct primary care model, meaning the monthly membership fee replaces insurance billing for primary care services. Members can still use insurance for hospitalizations, specialist care, or other services outside the practice. Many members pair their membership with a high-deductible health plan.

Yes. Renova Health provides telemedicine visits for members. Dr. Fredette also offers virtual educational coaching consults for patients outside Washington State, particularly for Dance Medicine, at $129 for a 45-minute session.

Renova Health serves patients from birth through end of life. Services include newborn care, well child checks, sports physicals, and adult and preventive care across all age groups.

Joining starts with selecting a membership tier and scheduling a Membership Discovery Call. During that call, the team answers your questions and walks you through onboarding. You are not charged until your membership activates at Step 3, when you can book your first appointment.

Yes. Renova Health offers group memberships for employers with discounted rates. Groups require a minimum of two employees. Employer memberships give employees faster access to care, no co-pays, and a stronger focus on preventive health.

Renova Health offers health coaching through Allie Macomber, FNLP, functional nutrition counseling through Olivia Striggow, exercise and fitness programming with certified Exercise Physiologist Abby Branch, IV therapy with physician oversight, and a specialized Performing Athlete Care and Dance Medicine program. A complimentary initial health coaching session is included with all memberships.

Yes. Renova Health requires a six-month initial membership commitment. After that period, members who wish to cancel must provide 30 days' notice.
