The clinic sits a two-minute walk from the ferry landing in Friday Harbor, Washington.

Dr. Vilendrer brings Stanford-trained family medicine expertise to a wide range of services. Members receive unlimited visits, same-day appointments for urgent needs, and direct communication by phone, email, or patient portal. The practice serves patients of all ages and covers everything from chronic condition management to women's health, mental health support, and palliative care coordination. The Islands Strong Plan lets current members sponsor care for islanders who cannot afford a membership. Local businesses can also enroll employees through special Business Direct Care rates.
