The standard DPC plan runs $125 per month. Members who want access to orthopedic and sports medicine services with licensed athletic trainer Mark Lewis can enroll in the DPC+ plan at $175 per month. A one-time nonrefundable enrollment fee of $150 applies at signup, though the practice waives that fee for additional family members who enroll at the same time. The practice also offers a la carte sports and orthopedic therapy sessions at $150 each.

Members receive unlimited primary care visits with no copays, no deductibles, and no per-visit fees. The monthly fee covers preventive care, chronic disease management, acute and urgent sick visits, in-office diagnostic testing and procedures, and access to medications at wholesale prices. The DPC+ plan adds orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and performance enhancement training with Mark Lewis, LAT.

Members contact their physician directly by text, phone, or email. The practice keeps panel sizes small so doctors respond promptly. Telehealth visits are also available, which means the practice can often care for members who are traveling or away from home.

Yes. Reinvented Health DPC schedules appointments the same or next business day. Physicians see four to five patients per day, which keeps wait times minimal both in the office and on the phone. Appointments run one hour, with up to 90 minutes available when needed.

Reinvented Health DPC does not bill insurance for care delivered in the office. Members pay the monthly fee directly to the practice. You may still use your insurance for medications, lab work, imaging, specialty referrals, and hospital care that falls outside the practice's scope.

Yes, Medicare patients are welcome. New Medicare members sign a one-time waiver stating that neither they nor the practice will bill Medicare for in-office services. Members may continue using Medicare for laboratory testing, imaging, medications, specialty care, and hospitalizations.
