Eagle Direct Primary Care

Eagle Direct Primary Care charges $1,500 per year for adult patients paying by credit card, or $1,425 per year for those paying by cash or check. Patients who prefer to spread payments can make three consecutive monthly payments of $500 by credit card. Rates have been in effect since July 2023. The annual fee covers all primary care services at the practice. That includes unlimited sick and follow-up visits, annual wellness exams, flu shots, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function testing, audiograms, urinalysis, strep testing, laceration repair, minor in-office surgery, cryotherapy, psychopharmacology, supportive therapy, and completion of physical forms. Basic in-office tests carry no additional charge.

Yes. Eagle Direct Primary Care guarantees same-day appointments for members. Dr. Orr manages care seven days a week with around-the-clock availability. Members can reach him directly on his personal cell phone, and he answers calls himself.

Every office visit runs a minimum of 30 minutes. Dr. Orr structures his schedule to give each patient genuine time during appointments.

The practice does not bill insurance companies and collects no co-payments. The annual membership fee covers primary care services directly. The practice recommends that members carry some form of insurance to cover specialist referrals, hospital admissions, surgeries, prescriptions, and diagnostic testing performed outside the office.

Yes. Dr. Orr holds advanced certifications in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. DPC members receive psychiatric care, including treatment for depression, ADD, ADHD, and anxiety, as part of their membership at no extra charge. Patients who prefer not to join the DPC can still see Dr. Orr for psychiatric care on a fee-for-service basis.

Eagle Direct Primary Care caps its enrollment to maintain care quality. Once the practice reaches its enrollment limit, it establishes a waiting list. The practice makes every effort to accommodate interested patients as space opens.

If you move and can no longer participate as a member, the practice transfers your medical records promptly to your new physician after receiving a Medical Release Form. Eagle Direct Primary Care returns the unused portion of your enrollment fee.
