Monthly membership fees vary by age tier. Members ages 0 to 30 pay $52 per month. Adults ages 31 to 64 pay $106 per month, and members 65 and older pay $124 per month. Couples 65 and under pay $175 per month. A family plan covering two adults and up to four children runs $300 per month, with each additional child at $52 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 for individuals or $200 for groups and families applies at sign-up and includes an intake visit and personalized wellness plan. Members who pay annually in full receive one month free.

Health share programs such as Sedera Health, Medi-Share, Liberty HealthShare, and Christian Healthcare Ministries work well alongside the membership.

HSA eligibility begins in 2026 for Radiant Health DPC memberships. FSA funds may also apply. Ohio employers can set up membership payments as pre-tax benefits through an HRA, a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan, or as a direct business health benefit, which is tax-deductible for the employer.

Yes. Radiant Health Direct Primary Care offers same-day and next-business-day appointments. Dr. Tran also keeps a 24/7 on-call line open for urgent needs and responds within the hour. Members can reach the practice via a HIPAA-compliant app during business hours.

Yes. Radiant Health Direct Primary Care offers a group employer plan at $85 per month per employee, with a minimum of five employees. A one-time $200 enrollment fee covers the entire employer group. Vandalia Butler Chamber of Commerce members have no minimum employee requirement. Employers can pay all or part of the membership cost. Ohio employers may qualify for pre-tax payment arrangements through an HRA or Section 125 Cafeteria Plan.

Yes. Dr. Tran accepts Medicare patients who sign a waiver to participate in the practice. This allows Medicare beneficiaries to access the full range of DPC services through the monthly membership model.

New patients can start with a free, no-obligation meet-and-greet visit to get acquainted with Dr. Tran and the practice. After that, enrollment is available online. Once enrolled, the practice contacts new members within one to two business days to schedule a first appointment. Former patients of Dr. Tran may skip the meet-and-greet and enroll directly.

Yes. Radiant Health Direct Primary Care does not prescribe analgesics or painkiller medications. Patients acknowledge and accept this policy as a condition of enrollment.
