Gebhart Concierge & Consult

Monthly fees at Gebhart Concierge & Consult scale by age. Children ages 0 to 18 pay $25 per month when enrolled with an adult. Adults ages 19 to 30 pay $50, ages 31 to 44 pay $75, ages 45 to 64 pay $115, and members 65 and older pay $140 per month. The practice charges no first-time registration fee, and members may pay monthly or annually.

Membership includes unlimited office visits, phone visits, and electronic visits with the provider. Members ages 35 and older receive an annual Executive Physical with labs. Members under 35 receive an annual General Physical with labs. The membership also covers EKG testing and interpretation, joint injections, minor skin procedures, strep testing, and basic urine analysis. The practice charges no co-pays and no extra fees for common in-office procedures.

Gebhart Concierge & Consult does not accept insurance payments for membership fees or in-office services. The practice encourages members to maintain a major medical plan with a high deductible and a health savings account. That outside coverage still applies to lab testing, imaging, prescriptions, and hospitalizations the practice orders.

Yes. Medicare recipients can enroll at Gebhart Concierge & Consult. Each Medicare patient signs a one-time waiver stating that neither the patient nor the physician will bill Medicare directly for services at the practice. Medicare continues to cover services outside the practice, including lab work, imaging, prescriptions, and hospitalizations.

Yes. The practice accepts children of any age when an adult family member enrolls. Children ages 0 to 18 pay $25 per month. The practice does not provide routine vaccinations in-office for young children, but the team assists families in arranging those services within the community.

Same-day and next-day appointments are a standard part of membership at Gebhart Concierge & Consult. Members contact the practice directly by phone, email, or text to schedule. The practice keeps its panel limited to support this level of access.

Yes. Members reach their provider by phone, email, or text for virtual care. Many common illnesses receive diagnosis and treatment guidance through a direct conversation. Members traveling away from Vandalia can also access remote care through the practice.

Prospective patients complete a secure online enrollment form through the practice website. The form takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Enrollment runs for one year from the date of signup, and a credit card is required for billing. The practice sends an email confirmation once enrollment is complete.
