Simplicity Health offers four membership tiers. The Under 40 and child tiers each cost $49 per month. Gold costs $79 per month, Platinum costs $129 per month, and Diamond costs $199 per month. Members who pay annually receive a 10% discount. Each tier differs in visit frequency, telehealth access, and included services.

The Diamond tier costs $199 per month and includes unlimited 60-minute appointments, no per-visit fees, telehealth, house calls, and all standard labs, medications, and procedures. Diamond members can schedule appointments outside regular office hours and receive up to four house or work calls per year. The practice also extends complimentary care to friends and family visiting from out of town.

No. Simplicity Health purposely bypasses insurance billing for office visits. The practice negotiates cash prices directly with LabCorp and dispenses medications from its in-house pharmacy at wholesale prices. Membership fees qualify for HSA and FSA reimbursement. Medicare patients can still use Medicare for outside testing or medications if they choose.

The practice currently operates on a waitlist with new patient availability typically opening within one to three months. Prospective patients join the waitlist and schedule a free 30-minute meet and greet visit before enrolling. That initial visit helps both the patient and the practice confirm a good fit before membership begins.

Platinum and Diamond members receive after-hours access to their physician by text, phone, or email. Diamond members can also schedule appointments outside normal office hours by request. Standard office hours run Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM.

Yes. Telehealth is available to members. Platinum and Diamond tier members include telehealth at no additional per-visit cost. Gold members can access telehealth visits for a $50 fee per visit. The Under 40 tier does not include telehealth as a standard benefit.

Yes. House calls are available to Diamond members as part of their membership. Diamond members receive up to four house or work calls per year. The practice has a track record of physicians personally visiting patients at home when the situation calls for it.

Simplicity Health maintains an in-house pharmacy that dispenses medications in 90- or 100-day supplies at wholesale prices. The practice does not stock or prescribe controlled medications, including those for pain, anxiety, sleep, or ADHD. Patients on the Diamond tier receive all standard medications included in their monthly fee.

Yes. All three physicians have expertise caring for patients over 65. Medicare patients can continue using Medicare for outside testing or medications while holding a Simplicity Health membership. The practice also assists older patients with care coordination and navigating the broader healthcare system.

Yes. Simplicity Health offers group memberships as an employee benefit for small business employers. The practice works with health share companies including Zion Health, Altrua, and Sedera. Employers who use the practice typically see reduced specialist referrals, lower ER and urgent care utilization, and reduced medication and lab costs.
