About
At Executive Medical Centers of Ohio, three physicians with more than 70 years of combined experience deliver concierge primary care in Dayton. Dr. Barry Taylor founded the practice in 2012. Dr. Beth Duvall joined in 2014, and Dr. Daniel Opris rounds out the team with a background spanning internal medicine, aerospace medicine, and military health.
Each physician caps their panel at 400 patients. The practice typically sees just five or six patients in a day. Members receive 24/7 direct access to their physician by phone, text, or email. After hours, calling the office connects directly to the doctor's cell phone. The annual membership covers the executive physical, all office and hospital visits, and routine in-office services. Doctors make in-person hospital visits at Miami Valley Hospital and Kettering Hospital. They personally introduce patients to specialists and remain involved throughout that care. The practice applies the Chronic Care Model framework to manage chronic conditions with structure and continuity.
