Membership fees vary by age. Members under 30 pay $1,200 per year, with dependents at $600. Members aged 30 to 50 pay $1,800 per year. Members over 50 pay $2,500 per year. The fee covers the annual executive physical, all office and hospital visits, and routine in-office services. EMC Ohio does not participate in commercial, employer-sponsored, or Medicare insurance plans, so the membership fee is an out-of-pocket cost. Members may use HSA or FSA funds to pay.

Membership covers unlimited office visits, same-day appointments, virtual visits, house calls when needed, hospital visits, 24/7 direct access to your physician, and coordination of specialty care. Every member receives the same access and availability regardless of age or health status. The practice does not offer tiered service levels.

Yes. EMC Ohio members have 24/7 access to their physician by phone, text, or email. After hours, calling the office connects directly to the doctor's cell phone. Members do not reach an answering service or an on-call physician they have never met.

Yes. EMC Ohio recommends that members maintain health insurance for services outside the practice. Outside lab testing, specialist referrals, prescription medications, and hospitalizations fall outside the membership and require separate coverage.

Each physician at EMC Ohio caps their panel at 400 patients per year. The practice typically sees five to six patients in a day. When a physician's panel reaches capacity, the practice maintains a waiting list for prospective members.

The executive physical includes a complete physical examination, vision and hearing screening, cardiovascular and cancer risk factor assessment, cardiac stress test, carotid intima medial thickness assessment, ankle-brachial index, ultrasound of the aorta, pulmonary function testing, body composition testing, and a review of personal and family medical history. The practice provides a full written report and an individualized plan for the year ahead. Lab testing and specialist referrals carry an additional cost.

Yes. EMC Ohio offers both virtual visits and house calls as part of membership. Members can connect with their physician remotely through a HIPAA-compliant secure patient portal. House calls are available when needed.

The physicians at EMC Ohio personally introduce members to specialists and remain actively involved throughout that referral process. They advocate on the patient's behalf and maintain involvement in care beyond the initial referral. Specialist referral costs fall outside the membership fee.

Yes. EMC Ohio offers a complimentary meet-and-greet with one of the physicians for prospective members. This gives patients a chance to ask questions and determine whether the practice is a good fit before committing to a membership.

Yes. EMC Ohio offers corporate partnership packages for businesses, including an Executive Benefit Package, a Company-Wide Membership option, and an Urgent Care Access tier. These options allow employers to offer concierge-level primary care access as a workplace health benefit.
