Radiance Healthcare charges $119 per month for an individual membership. A family plan covering two adults and up to two children ages 5 and up runs $299 per month. A one-time $25 registration fee applies at the first visit. There are no hidden fees, no co-pays, and no surprise bills.

Membership covers unlimited in-person and virtual visits, on-site lab draws including CBC, BMP, hepatic panel, lipid panel, A1c, and TSH, chronic condition management, annual wellness exams, in-office procedures such as sutures and joint injections, rapid testing for strep, flu, and COVID, routine gynecological care, and access to affordable diagnostic imaging through preferred partners.

Radiance does not bill insurance directly. Many members choose to carry a high-deductible or catastrophic plan for major medical events alongside their membership. Members can typically apply HSA or FSA funds toward their monthly fee.

Yes. Members can typically use Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account funds to pay for their Radiance membership. The practice recommends checking with your benefits provider to confirm your specific plan's eligibility.

Radiance welcomes Medicare patients as members. However, as a DPC practice, Radiance cannot bill Medicare directly. Members can still use their Medicare benefits for specialist visits, imaging, prescriptions, and labs obtained outside the practice.

Members contact the practice by phone, text, or email. For urgent needs, call between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. For semi-urgent questions, text is the best option. The practice typically responds within 24 hours.
