River Direct Primary Care

Individual membership at River DPC costs $109 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $75 applies. Founding members can waive that enrollment fee and lock in a discounted monthly rate. Family plans are also available, starting at $259 per month for a family of three.

The membership covers unlimited in-person office visits, virtual visits, direct access to Dr. Boisseau via phone, text, and email, select in-office procedures, access to the in-house pharmacy, and on-site lab draws. Labs, imaging, and medications carry separate costs, but River DPC discloses all prices upfront and offers discounted cash rates.

River DPC does not accept insurance for membership fees or covered services. The practice operates on a direct-pay model with transparent, flat-rate pricing. Members can still use insurance for hospitalizations, specialty care, or imaging at outside facilities that bill insurance.

Yes. River DPC offers same-day or next-day appointments for acute concerns. Members schedule through the Atlas MD patient portal, by calling the office, or by texting Dr. Boisseau directly.

Yes. Virtual visits are included in the monthly membership at no additional cost. Members access telehealth through the Atlas MD portal and app, or by contacting Dr. Boisseau directly.

River DPC accepts patients ages 13 and older. The practice serves individuals and families, and family memberships cover first-degree relatives including parents, siblings, and children.

Yes. River DPC draws labs on-site and stocks an in-house pharmacy with medications sold at wholesale prices. Labs, imaging, and medications are not included in the membership fee, but the practice provides upfront pricing on all of them. Discounted cash rates apply.

Yes. River DPC offers gender-affirming care at $300 per quarter. That program includes check-up visits, quarterly hormone monitoring labs, and prescriptions for hormone therapy. It also includes referrals to gender-affirming surgical specialists and connections to LGBTQ+ community resources. This service does not replace standard primary care membership.

Yes. Members can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. River DPC continues providing care through the full notice period. If a member re-enrolls after canceling, a $150 re-enrollment fee may apply.

Prospective patients can schedule a meet-and-greet with Dr. Boisseau to see if the practice is the right fit. Enrollment is available online through the River DPC website. Founding members who join the mailing list can waive the one-time enrollment fee and secure a discounted monthly rate.
