Pullano Family Medicine

The Silver Plan starts at $175 per month for a first patient. The Gold Plan starts at $225 per month and adds a $500 LabCorp lab allowance and a $350 radiology allowance with Imaging Specialists of Charleston. Spouse, child, and family plan rates are also available. Fees are paid on a quarterly basis.

The Silver Plan covers office visits during office hours, same or next-day appointments for urgent care needs, minimal wait times, telephone and email correspondence during office hours, in-house diagnostic tests, and ancillary services such as laceration repair, cryotherapy, and IV fluid administration.

The Gold Plan includes everything in the Silver Plan plus a $500 annual lab allowance with LabCorp and a $350 annual radiology allowance with Imaging Specialists of Charleston. This tier works well for patients with high-deductible plans, those without insurance, or those who need labs and imaging at regular intervals.

Pullano Family Medicine does not participate with insurers, Medicare, or Medicaid. Patients pay the practice directly and may file for reimbursement with their insurance company. Many patients carry insurance for hospital stays, specialist visits, and other services outside the practice.
