About
Dr. Jennifer Pullano grew up near Buffalo, NY and earned her undergraduate degree at Cornell University. She went on to complete her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. A Navy scholarship funded her medical education, and she fulfilled that commitment as a General Medical Officer on the USS Holland AS-32, stationed on active duty in Charleston, SC.
The Lowcountry won her over. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she served as Chief Resident. After residency, she spent a decade at Durst Family Medicine on Sullivan's Island and nearly another decade at Access Healthcare in Mount Pleasant. In 2015, she launched Pullano Family Medicine to build a lasting, relationship-centered solo practice. Dr. Pullano handles the full breadth of family medicine, from pediatric patients through geriatric care, and manages both chronic conditions and urgent care issues for her members.
