Options include a Basic Primary Care Membership, Gold Membership, Intensive Medical Membership, Platinum Membership with house calls, Weight Management Membership, and spa-focused plans such as the Monthly Facial, Monthly Massage, and Monthly IV Memberships. Yes. Portico Longevity welcomes non-members for certain visits at transparent flat rates. An Urgent Care Visit runs $149, a Comprehensive Medical Consultation is $300, Laceration Repair is $175, and a House Call or Hotel Visit is $300. The practice sometimes accepts walk-ins from non-members as well.

Portico Longevity does not accept insurance for its services. The practice operates on a direct-pay model. Upon request, Portico provides receipts with standard codes that patients may submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.

Members at Portico Longevity receive same-day and next-day appointment access. Members can also reach Dr. Relyea-Logan around the clock via phone, text, email, or virtual visit. The practice accepts walk-ins for members and sometimes for non-members as well.

Portico Longevity has two Charleston locations. Portico Peninsula is at 21 George St, Suite 100, Charleston, SC 29401. Portico James Island is at 1160 Folly Rd, Charleston, SC 29412. Services vary between locations, and each has its own booking portal. Free parking is available in the attached garage at the Peninsula location.

Portico Longevity accepts cash, check, credit card, debit card, and Venmo. The practice does not bill insurance directly but provides receipts with diagnostic codes for patients who wish to seek reimbursement on their own.
