Dr. Franklin opened the practice in 1989 and has served the community from the same location ever since. His guiding philosophy is simple: treat every patient the way you would want your mother treated. Dr. Franklin holds DAN certification in diving medicine and serves as the number one dive physician for Monterey Bay Aquarium. He examines their divers before every tank dive.
