About
At Personal Physicians, four board-certified internists deliver concierge primary care in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. David Katzman pioneered this model in the Midwest when he converted a 5,000-patient practice into a boutique office in 2003. Dr. Jennifer DeLaney joined him after opening her own personal practice in 2006. Dr. Jacqueline Fairchild brought over two decades of St. Louis clinical experience when she joined in April 2024. Dr. Scott Groesch completed the team in March 2025, arriving after 27 years with Maryland Medical Group.
The practice charges an annual fee that covers all doctor visits, whether in the office or hospital. Physicians hold staff privileges at Barnes-Jewish, Barnes-Jewish West, and Missouri Baptist Hospitals. The on-site lab runs fully open, and the practice holds vaccine clinics at its Ladue location. Patients reach their doctor through the MyChart portal or by phone during business hours, with cell phone access for urgent after-hours concerns. The practice actively screens for colon, cervical, breast, prostate, skin, and lung cancers, and it offers GLP-1 medication management. Each month, the team publishes a health newsletter covering preventive care topics.
