Dr. David Katzman grew up in St. Louis and attended John Burroughs School before earning his undergraduate degree from Brown University, magna cum laude. He went on to St. Louis University School of Medicine, where faculty recognized him with both Alpha Omega Alpha and Alpha Sigma Nu honors. His residency in Internal Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis led to his selection as Chief Resident at Barnes Hospital and John Cochran Veterans Hospital.
