Labs, specialist referrals, radiology, and hospital admissions still run through your insurance or Medicare.

Yes. Dr. Jones provides patients with his direct cell phone number for nights and weekends. He also offers direct email access. The practice treats emergency availability as a core part of membership, not an exception.

Yes. Dr. Jones makes home visits when necessary. The practice also covers hospital visits and nursing home visits, so patients receive continuity of care wherever they need it.

Dr. Hermes O. Koop shares the office with Dr. Jones and covers patients when Dr. Jones is unavailable or traveling. Both physicians are board certified. The practice does not charge any additional fee if you see the covering doctor.

Yes. Dr. Jones has maintained inpatient admission privileges at NCH Healthcare System since he began practicing in Collier County. He can admit patients directly from the office or through the emergency room, keeping your care coordinated under a physician who knows you.

Yes. The practice serves patients across all age groups, including pediatric patients. Families with young children are welcome members of the practice.

Yes. Your health insurance or Medicare remains necessary for hospital admissions, specialist consultations, laboratory work, and radiology. The annual retainer covers the direct physician services Dr. Jones provides personally.
