The annual fee covers all Your Primary Care services, including unlimited home visits, phone and video consultations, the annual medical assessment, and after-hours urgent care calls. Members do not pay per visit or per call. The practice keeps its fee accessible, pricing it well below many typical monthly expenses.

Your Primary Care works alongside your existing insurance. Whenever the practice orders labs, diagnostic studies, or prescriptions, it supplies the necessary information to your insurance company. You can also apply your annual membership fee toward your insurance deductible or pay it through a Health Savings Account (HSA).

You can reach a healthcare professional by phone any day of the year between 8am and 11pm. The practice responds in minutes, not days. For serious health concerns, calls are accepted until 11pm. If your concern requires an in-person evaluation, the practice can dispatch a clinician to your home the same day.

Your Primary Care delivers care at your home. There is no office waiting room. Dr. Ehardt and the team come to you for home visits, conduct video consultations, and handle many concerns over the phone. For members who need it, Dr. Ehardt also visits patients at Naples Community Hospital or Physicians Regional.

The Platinum Plan suits year-round Naples and Marco Island residents. It includes unlimited home visits, unlimited phone and video calls during regular hours, after-hours urgent care calls, an annual medical assessment, and pre-surgical clearance. The International Plan offers the same benefits at a reduced fee for individuals who spend six months or less per year in the United States.

Platinum Plan members can access medical help for visiting children and grandchildren at no additional cost. The practice also covers children up to age 18 and students up to age 26 under family plans, while they live at home.

Yes. When you travel anywhere in the United States, Your Primary Care can address health concerns the same day and call orders or prescriptions to a pharmacy near you. For international travel, the practice can answer questions, give clinical advice, and offer a second opinion from abroad.
