The monthly membership fee is $150 per person. Families pay a one-time enrollment fee capped at $250, and individuals pay $150 to enroll. Members who choose yearly billing save the equivalent of one month's fee. The practice does not charge members until they establish their relationship with the office, and there is no minimum membership period required.

The $150 monthly fee covers all primary care visits, in-office procedures such as stitches, splints, skin biopsies, wound care, EKG, and breathing treatments, plus rapid tests like strep. Members also receive same-day and next-day appointment availability, after-hours access to their physician's cell, and telemedicine via text, email, phone, or video. Deeply discounted lab work and radiology are included, with no co-pays or hidden fees.

The practice does not accept insurance for membership fees or primary care visits. Paradigm keeps care directly between the patient and physician. Members can still carry a high-deductible health plan or catastrophic coverage for hospitalizations and specialist needs outside the practice.

Yes. Members have direct after-hours access to their physician by phone. The practice also uses the Spruce app, a HIPAA-secure platform, for text, email, and video communication. This gives members a reliable way to connect with their care team without going through an answering service.

The practice schedules appointments at 45 minutes by default. Extended visits can run from 30 to 90 minutes depending on the patient's needs. The practice operates by appointment only to protect that time for each patient.

Yes to both. Members can connect with their physician by video, phone, text, or email through the Spruce app. The practice also offers house and work-site visits for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability.

Rheumatology consultations carry separate pricing for members.
