About
Paradigm Family Health has four physicians who deliver direct primary care from the East Dallas neighborhood of Lakewood. Dr. Anastasia 'Staci' Benson founded the practice on January 2, 2017, with a clear goal: make primary care simple, affordable, and personal. The team has grown to include Dr. Ruth Musick, Dr. Nidhi Patel, and rheumatologist Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz.
The practice keeps its panel to 600 members and schedules 45-minute appointments by default. Members reach their physician after hours by phone, text, email, or video through the Spruce app. The monthly fee of $150 covers all primary care visits, in-office procedures, rapid tests, and deeply discounted lab and imaging. Paradigm also offers a physician-led weight loss program, specialist e-consults through RubiconMD, and rheumatology services in collaboration with Dr. Ortiz of Connected Rheumatology. Employers can access on-site vaccine clinics and group membership plans.
