Panoramic Medicine

Panoramic Medicine offers four main care tiers: Premium Care, Concierge Care, Longevity Care, and Group Care, alongside a dedicated Wound Care program. Premium Care is currently closed to new patients. Concierge Care currently accepts new patients. Longevity Care opens for enrollment in 2026. Group Care sessions run throughout the year on specific conditions and are open to patients across tiers.

Concierge Care costs $3,400 per year for an individual and $6,300 per year for a family of two. Patients can pay annually or semiannually. Children under 26 on a parent or guardian plan pay no additional membership fee. Health insurance is billed separately for each medical visit.

Concierge Care members receive 24/7 phone and text access to Dr. Robinson, same-day and next-day scheduling, extended annual preventive exam times, after-hours and weekend appointments, and home visits. The membership also includes dedicated administrative support for specialist coordination.

The Longevity Project is a one-year intensive program led by Dr. Curtis Robinson focused on healthy aging and longevity science. Participants complete a Longevity Survey, undergo longevity labs and scans including CT Coronary Calcium Score, Total Body DEXA Scan, and VO2 Max testing, and attend monthly Longevity Talks held on the third Thursday of each month. Dr. Robinson builds each participant an individualized Longevity Plan. The program also includes optional hiking and backpacking trips in Marin and the Sierras. Enrollment for 2026 is now open.

Yes, Panoramic Medicine accepts most PPO plans, Meritage Medical Network, and Medicare. The practice bills insurance for each medical visit. Membership fees are separate from insurance billing. Patients who pay cash at the time of visit receive a 40% discount off the fee schedule, and the Premium Care annual administrative fee is waived for that year.

Dr. Lauren Bence leads the Wound Care team. The program treats decubitus ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and surgical wounds using FDA-approved advanced collagen-based products and Human Tissue Allograft wound barriers. The team provides wound care in-office or at a patient's home in Marin County when medically necessary. The practice accepts new wound care patients and referrals by contacting the office directly.

Group Care brings a small number of patients together with a physician to address a shared health condition. The practice bills Group Care visits to insurance. Past groups have covered hypertension and insomnia using cognitive behavioral therapy. Current and upcoming groups include Nutrition, led by Jessica Coghill MS CNS, and Living Well, Dying Well, a group focused on advanced care planning.

Yes, Panoramic Medicine offers both telemedicine visits and home visits. Concierge Care members have access to home visits as part of their membership. The Wound Care team also travels to patients' homes in Marin County for wound treatment when medically necessary.

Yes, Panoramic Medicine serves patients from the youngest children to seniors. The practice operates as a full family practice. Children under 26 join a parent or guardian's Concierge Care plan at no additional membership cost.

Premium Care requires a nominal annual administrative fee: $250 for a single patient, $400 for a family of two, $600 for a family of three or more, $200 for a Medicare individual, and $375 for a Medicare couple. The practice waives this fee for patients without health insurance and for those enrolled in Medi-Cal.
