Group memberships for families, businesses, unions, and nonprofits run $50 per member per month with a minimum of five members.

No. OneFamilyMD charges no co-payments, co-insurance, per-visit fees, or deductibles. The monthly membership covers office visits, same-day and next-day scheduling, wellness physicals, well-child exams, sports and school physicals, chronic disease management, and basic in-office procedures. Some procedures and additional services carry small separate charges, which the practice discloses before you commit.

Prospective patients can schedule a $100 consultation visit to meet Dr. Ragland and learn about the practice before committing. That fee applies toward the enrollment fee if you decide to join. At sign-up, OneFamilyMD charges an enrollment fee equal to one month's membership fee, which covers intake and initial care planning. Your first regular monthly fee starts after that.

OneFamilyMD does not bill or accept payment from insurance companies or government payers. Patients pay a flat monthly membership fee directly to the practice. However, Dr. Ragland collaborates with insurance specialists who help patients find high-value health plans that pair well with DPC membership. HSA and FSA funds are eligible for use toward DPC services.

Yes. Members reach Dr. Ragland by phone or text after hours for urgent concerns that cannot wait for the office to reopen. The practice also offers visits by phone, email, text, and video-conferencing, so many issues resolve without requiring an in-person appointment.

Yes. Dr. Ragland conducts visits by phone, email, text, and video-conferencing. These technology visits carry no extra telemedicine charge. Members contact the practice directly to arrange a technology visit when an in-person appointment is not practical.

Yes. OneFamilyMD offers allergy skin testing at $150 and allergy sublingual therapy at $65 per month. These services are available as add-ons outside the standard monthly membership fee.

Yes. OneFamilyMD offers group memberships for businesses, families, unions, and nonprofit organizations. Groups of five or more qualify for a rate of $50 per member per month. On-site work visits are also available for patients enrolled under a business membership.

OneFamilyMD launched OneAestheticsMD in January 2022 as an affiliate offering aesthetics services.
