Membership pricing at Little Hearts Pediatrics starts at $80 per month for children ages 12 to 18, $90 per month for ages 3 to 11, and $100 per month for children from birth to age 3. Families with four or more children pay $300 per month. 5% discount, semiannual payments earn a 5% discount, and annual payments earn a 10% discount.

Membership covers unlimited sick visits and well-child checks with no copays or hidden fees. It also includes same-day or next-day urgent appointments, direct communication with Dr. Peek by phone, text, or email including her personal cell, and after-hours and weekend availability for urgent concerns.

Little Hearts Pediatrics does not bill insurance for membership or visits. The practice does work with a third-party vendor to bill insurance for vaccines. Families typically maintain insurance for specialist referrals, hospital care, and other services outside the practice.

Starting in January 2026, a provision in HR 1 allows DPC membership fees to qualify as eligible HSA expenses. Individuals can apply up to $150 per month and families up to $300 per month toward their membership using HSA funds.

Little Hearts Pediatrics cannot accept patients who carry Medicaid as their primary or secondary insurance. Kentucky law 907 KAR 3:005 prohibits DPC practices from accepting Medicaid patients. Families with Medicaid coverage can find participating providers through the Kentucky Department of Medicaid Services.

The practice stocks an in-office pharmacy with medications for ear infections, strep throat, and common childhood illnesses. It does not carry controlled substances. In-office labs include hemoglobin, lead, lipid panel, urinalysis, strep, flu, COVID, RSV, and pregnancy testing. Most in-office tests cost under $5. Additional labs run through Labcorp or Quest at reduced rates.

Yes. Little Hearts Pediatrics offers sports, school, and camp physicals to non-members for $119. The exam includes a full health evaluation by a board-certified pediatrician, medical history review, and completion of required clearance forms.

The weight management program uses 60-minute visits and focuses on nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, and a family-centered approach. New patient visits cost $199 for non-members; follow-up visits cost $99. Members access the program as part of their ongoing care relationship with Dr. Peek. Medication is only prescribed when clinically appropriate.

Yes. Every visit at Little Hearts Pediatrics is with Dr. Meagan Peek. The practice does not use rotating providers. That consistency allows Dr. Peek to build a thorough understanding of each child's health history over time.
