Olive Health DPC

Membership at Olive Health DPC costs $75 per month for adults ages 18 to 44, $95 per month for ages 45 to 64, and $115 per month for ages 65 and older. Children ages 0 to 17 pay $30 per month with a paid adult family member, or $40 per month on their own. A one-time $100 registration fee per patient or family covers the welcome kit and account setup.

Yes. Active-duty military members and veterans receive a 10% discount. Members who pay for a full 12-month membership upfront at registration also receive 10% off. Tricare patients are welcome and qualify for the military discount.

The monthly fee covers all primary care services with no copays or surprise bills. That includes sick visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, many in-office procedures, labs drawn in office, and after-hours access to your physician by phone, text, or video. Generic medications are available at wholesale cost through the in-office pharmacy.

Yes. Members can use insurance for labs, prescriptions, referrals, and imaging. The practice helps with prior authorizations and advises when paying directly may be cheaper. HMO plans are not compatible with Olive Health DPC because prescriptions and referrals require an in-network provider.

Medicare patients are welcome. The physicians at Olive Health DPC have opted out of Medicare billing, but they can still order referrals, imaging, and medical equipment through Medicare when appropriate. Kentucky does not currently allow Medicaid beneficiaries to join a DPC practice, though the practice is actively advocating for policy change at the state level.

Olive Health DPC provides 24/7 physician access. Members reach their doctor after hours by phone, text, or video through the Spruce secure messaging app. House calls are also available when needed.

The physicians at Olive Health DPC refer patients to local specialists whenever needed. The practice also partners with Rubicon to provide telehealth consults in more than 150 adult and pediatric specialties at no additional cost to members.

Yes. Olive Health DPC offers employer plans that give employees direct access to primary care. Employer benefits include same-day and next-day visits, in-office labs and pharmacy at wholesale cost, on-site flu shots, and after-hours telehealth access. Employers typically see reduced absenteeism and increased productivity.

The first visit at Olive Health DPC typically runs 60 minutes. The physician reviews your full medical history, addresses current concerns, and builds a personalized care plan. Ongoing appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, and the practice does not double-book.

Yes. Members can cancel at any time. The practice asks for advance notice so it can manage a smooth transition of care.
