The monthly membership fee at NoCo Primary Care is $85 per person. New members pay a one-time enrollment fee of $50 per person, with a family maximum of $100. The first month's fee is pro-rated based on your start date. The membership covers unlimited visits, in-office procedures, and access to wholesale medication pricing.

Membership covers unlimited office visits with no co-pays, in-office ECG, spirometry, laceration repair, skin lesion removal and freezing, wart removal, and joint injections. Members also receive wholesale-plus-10% pricing on many medications, significantly discounted lab work including cancer screening panels, and negotiated rates on imaging such as MRI.

NoCo Primary Care does not bill insurance for its services. The practice recommends that members carry a high-deductible or catastrophic health plan alongside their membership for hospital and specialist needs. Members who are uninsured, underinsured, or fully insured all qualify to join.

NoCo Primary Care typically schedules same-day or next-day appointments for acute needs on business days. Members can also reach Dr. Rhoads through a HIPAA-compliant app that supports secure text, photos, and video communication.

NoCo Primary Care is currently full and adds new patients to a waitlist. Prospective patients can complete the secure online enrollment form to join the waitlist. Medicaid patients cannot subscribe under Colorado law, and the practice does not prescribe controlled medications.
