The standard membership at Nexus Primary Care is $150 per month. College students pay $100 per month. Nexus offers discounts for prepayment and for additional household members. There is no signup fee, and the membership runs month to month with no long-term contract required.

It also includes in-office procedures like EKGs, earwax removal, steroid injections, abscess drainage, and minor sutures. Dr. Moore's direct cell phone access is included as well. Some point-of-care tests, like flu tests, may carry a small supply charge.

Nexus Primary Care does not bill insurance and does not accept insurance payment for the membership fee. Most patients carry insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, and specialist visits. Patients use their insurance cards directly with Labcorp for lab work, as well as with pharmacies, imaging centers, and specialists.

Yes. Congress has passed rules allowing Health Savings Accounts to cover DPC memberships up to $150 per month. Nexus Primary Care's standard membership fee qualifies, making HSA payment a straightforward option for eligible members.

Nexus Primary Care guarantees an appointment within one week of joining. If the practice cannot meet that commitment, it refunds that month's subscription fee. m. m. every day.

Nexus Primary Care serves patients ages 13 and up. The practice does not see children younger than 13, primarily due to the complexity of pediatric vaccine management. College students represent a growing segment of the patient panel, with students from Washington University, Webster University, and St. Louis University already enrolled.
