About
At PALM Health, eight physicians bring together cardiology, neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, family medicine, and functional medicine under one roof. Dr. Lauren Munsch Dal Farra founded the St. Louis practice in 2016. Since then, PALM Health has grown to over 1,900 members.
The practice takes a ternary approach to care, addressing mind, body, and spirit together. Physicians combine conventional medicine, lifestyle medicine, and advanced diagnostics to identify root causes of illness. Beyond clinical medicine, the practice offers wellness therapies, fitness and performance training, nutrition counseling, medical aesthetics, chiropractic care, acupuncture, neurofeedback, and recovery therapies including cryosauna, infrared sauna, and halotherapy. A PALM Café serves Mediterranean-inspired meals made with fresh, local, and organic ingredients. Programs like the 360º Longevity Assessment, Bredesen Brain Health Program, and Medical Weight Loss Program give members structured pathways toward specific health goals. Ladue News recognized PALM Health as the top preventive health practice in its 2021 Platinum List awards.
