Next Level Concierge Care

Next Level Concierge Care does not accept private insurance. The practice accepts Medicare for Medicare-covered services. All members, both Medicare and non-Medicare, pay an annual membership fee to join the practice.

For non-Medicare patients, the membership covers the annual physical, follow-up visits, and acute visits. It also includes access to complementary, functional, and integrative medicine services. For Medicare patients, the annual fee covers services Medicare does not pay for, including integrative and functional medicine, hypnosis, narrative medicine, Anti-fragility, Tai Chi, Qigong, MBSR, advanced meditation, and certain biofeedback and device-based approaches.

Yes. Next Level Concierge Care offers same-day and next-day appointments. The practice limits its panel size so both physicians can give each patient full attention without the scheduling delays common in larger practices.

Yes. The practice provides virtual visits via telephone, secure Zoom video conferencing, and secure encrypted messaging. The practice also uses a HIPAA-compliant app called Spruce that allows patients to text or call the doctors directly at no additional charge. Virtual care extends to patients across North America and internationally.

Yes. Next Level Concierge Care actively serves snowbirds and patients with multiple residences. Snowbird members pay no additional charge beyond their membership. They do need to visit the Arizona office at least once per year. The practice handles ongoing care remotely through virtual visits and secure communication.

Yes. The practice welcomes international patients. Those patients typically complete an initial in-person consultation and testing at the Scottsdale office. The doctors then coordinate ongoing care remotely, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

Next Level Concierge Care offers several advanced screening options. These include Cleerly coronary AI analysis from cardiac CT, Whole Body MRI through a partnership with SIMON MED Radiology, genomic testing through IntellxxDNA covering general wellness and cognition panels, and the Galleri by Grail multi-cancer detection blood test.

Members have 24/7 phone access to their physicians. The Spruce app supports direct text and phone contact with both doctors at no additional charge. The practice makes care available outside traditional office hours when patients need it.

The practice serves a broad range of patients including executives, executive leadership teams, executive families, snowbirds, and international patients. Both physicians have experience caring for patients across generations, including adults, older children, and patients managing complex or chronic conditions.

Next Level Concierge Care intentionally limits its panel size. Each physician carries fewer than one-twentieth the number of patients typical in traditional institutional medicine. That limit allows both doctors to spend meaningful, unhurried time with every patient.
