New Heights Direct Primary Care

Adults pay $75 per month. Children ages 2 to 18 pay $40 per month with an adult membership. Families receive an additional $5 discount per adult member. New Heights DPC also offers plans for businesses and employers.

The membership covers unlimited office visits, same-day or next-day appointments, virtual care by phone, text, or video, annual physicals, basic labs and in-house tests, and procedures such as EKGs, skin biopsies, sutures, and pelvic exams. It also includes chronic disease management and specialist care coordination.

New Heights DPC does not bill insurance. Most members carry insurance for emergencies or specialist visits, but insurance is not required to join. The practice keeps costs transparent through a flat monthly fee with no copays or deductibles.

Yes. New Heights DPC welcomes Medicare beneficiaries. The practice plans to begin formal Medicare enrollment in October 2025. Members on Medicare pay the same flat monthly fee and receive full access to all membership benefits.

Members contact Dr. Lingerfelt directly by phone, text, or email at any time, including evenings and weekends. This after-hours access is included in the standard membership with no extra charge.

Yes. Dr. Lingerfelt sees patients in the clinic, by telehealth via phone, text, or video, and at home or at a patient's workplace. The practice tailors the visit format to what works best for each patient.

Most in-office procedures, lab tests, and treatments fall within the membership. When outside labs, imaging, pathology, or medications carry an added cost, New Heights DPC discusses pricing upfront and offers discounted cash rates. Patients may also use their insurance for those services if they choose.

Yes. New Heights DPC requires no long-term contract. Members cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Re-enrollment may be subject to a fee and availability.
