My Personal Physician operates on a premium annual cash-pay fee. The practice offers flexible payment options: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. Separate membership contracts apply for patients age 65 and under and patients age 65 and over. The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees.

Yes. Your membership covers all in-office services, but you will need a health insurance plan, HSA, PPO, POS, Medicare, or other major medical coverage for outside services. Those include specialist visits, hospitalization, emergency room care, laboratory work, radiology, and prescriptions. The practice can work with you on pre-tax spending accounts and other coverage options.

Members receive private phone numbers for direct access to their physicians and staff at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The team maintains 24/7 availability for medical needs as they arise.

Most appointments run about one hour. The practice schedules same-day and next-day appointments, and visits begin on time. When circumstances call for it, the team also makes house calls.

Yes, if space is available. My Personal Physician accepts adults, college students, and children age two and over. The practice will make every effort to accommodate spouses, partners, and children in the same membership.

My Personal Physician uses a thorough battery of advanced screenings. All patients receive a calcium heart scan starting at age 35. Annual breast cancer screenings begin at age 30, using ultrasound as an adjunct imaging tool. Annual pelvic ultrasounds start at age 40 for ovarian cancer screening. Additional tools include coronary CAT scan angiogram, full-body CAT scan, carotid ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound, chest x-ray, and mammogram.

My Personal Physician stays actively involved when a member requires hospitalization. The team maintains a collaborative relationship with the specialist overseeing your hospital care, reviews your records and test results, and makes hospital visits as needed.

Yes. My Personal Physician monitors and helps manage conditions including asthma, cancer, depression, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, and hypertension. You and your doctor make joint decisions about specialist referrals, treatment plans, and ongoing disease management.

Members gain exclusive access to a range of additional services, including IV therapy, IM therapy, PRP treatments, O Shot, P Shot, Biote hormone optimization, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide weight loss injections, red light therapy, and Botox. These services go beyond standard membership and are available at the practice.

Yes. The practice reviews your travel itinerary and provides necessary vaccinations and medical advice before international trips. If you need a prescription or refill while traveling, your provider can call it in to a pharmacy near your location.
