About

At My Personal Physician, three physicians deliver concierge care in San Antonio with a guiding mission that has not changed in over two decades: Prevention, Wellness, and Treatment. Dr. Scott Campbell founded the practice in 2005 after years in the ER with Baptist Health System. He built something then without a real blueprint, and the model has since become a reference point for concierge practices across the country.

The team includes Dr. Campbell, Dr. Alan Merin, and Dr. Blake McGowan. Together, they cover family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and geriatrics. The practice serves adults, college students, and children age two and over. Members receive 60-minute appointments, 24/7 direct access to their physician, and same-day scheduling. House calls are available when the situation calls for it. Deep screening protocols set the practice apart: calcium heart scans starting at age 35, annual breast cancer screenings from age 30, and annual pelvic ultrasounds beginning at age 40. Additional member services include IV therapy, hormone optimization, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide weight loss programs, PRP treatments, red light therapy, and Botox.
