The clinic does not provide emergency or urgent care services and does not prescribe pain medications or controlled substances for walk-in visits.

Services include DOT physicals, pre-employment screenings, drug and alcohol testing, fitness-for-duty exams, work-related injury treatment, asbestos and silica physicals, workers compensation support, respirator fit testing, and onsite flu clinics. The clinic also offers onsite biometrics screening, TB testing, and CPR training at client locations.

Yes. My Medical Clinic has a USCIS-certified Civil Surgeon on staff who conducts immigration medical exams, including Green Card physicals and I-693 paperwork. These exams meet USCIS requirements for adjustment of status and related visa applications.

The clinic conducts drug and alcohol screening at its Maplewood and Eagan locations from 9am to 3pm. No scheduled appointment is necessary for most screening services. Drug screening results return within 48 hours, and rapid test options run even faster. Breath alcohol results are immediate. The clinic follows DOT regulatory guidelines for all applicable screenings.

The Lifestyle Medicine program targets chronic conditions like obesity, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease through evidence-based interventions. The program addresses six pillars: whole-food plant-predominant nutrition, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, and positive social connection. Dr. Bhavana Anand oversees the program.
