MedLou LaGrange

MedLou LaGrange operates on a Direct Primary Care membership model. Patients pay a monthly membership fee and receive primary care directly from Dr. Warren without insurance billing for routine visits. This structure allows Dr. Warren to focus on each patient individually.

New patients can enroll online through MedLou's enrollment agreement on the practice website. The LaGrange location at 202 East Main Street opened officially on April 1, 2025. com to complete their enrollment.

MedLou LaGrange is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Patients can call the LaGrange office directly at 502-305-8890. The practice also has a Louisville East location at 9700 Park Plaza Avenue for reference.

Dr. Warren provides family medicine for patients of all ages. He sees children, adults, and seniors under one practice. His geriatric medicine training makes him especially well-prepared to care for older patients.

MedLou LaGrange operates under the Direct Primary Care model, which runs outside of traditional insurance billing for membership-covered services. Many DPC patients choose to pair their membership with a high-deductible health plan or other coverage for specialist visits and hospitalizations. MedLou LaGrange is a new location within the established MedLou practice. It opened officially on April 1, 2025. MedLou's original Louisville East location has operated separately at Park Plaza Avenue in Louisville.

Dr. Sean Warren leads MedLou LaGrange. He is a family medicine physician who trained at the University of Louisville and spent five years in primary care at Baptist Health in Prospect. He joined MedLou to practice through the Direct Primary Care model starting April 1, 2025.
