Membership at Neff & Karem starts at $50 per month for patients ages 0 to 26. Adults 27 and older pay $175 per month. Every membership includes 24/7 direct physician access by phone, text, or email, extended visits of 30 to 60 minutes, same or next-day appointments, a comprehensive annual exam with EKG, pulmonary function testing, vision and hearing screening, and cardiovascular risk assessment. Members also receive care coordination, home and hospital visits as clinically appropriate, and access to wholesale lab and imaging pricing.

Yes. The practice will credential with most major insurance plans, including Medicare, and bills insurance for covered medical services. The annual exam fee is separate and does not go through insurance. Depending on your plan, certain services may qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement, and the practice provides documentation on request.
