The Private Medicine Plus plan costs $12,000 per year. It adds 24/7 physician access, extended office visits, video and phone consultations, home visits, and physician accompaniment to specialist appointments.

You can request membership through the Medical Center at Ocean Reef directly. The practice serves Ocean Reef Club members, guests, and associates. Membership runs on a 12-month billing cycle.

Yes. The practice offers same-day appointments for its Private Medicine members. The small enrolled patient panel allows the staff to provide prompt access and same-day returned calls.

Yes. Private Medicine Plus members access video, phone, and email consultations as part of their membership. The practice also offers telephone consultations to standard Private Medicine and Wellness members.

5T MRI. The practice also provides digital X-ray, digital ultrasound, bone densitometry, retinal scanning, ECG, pulmonary function testing, and full laboratory services on-site.

Yes. The Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Department provides individualized treatment plans using McKenzie Method and Graston Technique-trained staff. The department also runs Phase 2 and Phase 3 cardiac rehabilitation programs.

FitMed is an evidence-based weight management and lifestyle program at MCOR. It combines physician-led medical consultation, nutritional guidance, and health coaching. Dr. Carlos Smith leads the program.

During the in-season period from October 1 through May 31, the practice is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. During the off-season from June 1 through September 30, weekday hours shift to 8am to 4pm. Saturday hours remain 9am to 4pm year-round. The practice closes on Sundays.
