Each physician at MD² Santa Monica limits their panel to 50 families. That ceiling lets your doctor invest meaningful time in your care, attend hospital stays, and remain available around the clock. The practice structures each physician's schedule around this number to keep access and attention consistent.

The membership fee covers all primary care services the practice provides. This includes an extensive annual physical, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, x-rays, and routine lab tests and diagnostics. Blood panels, cardiovascular screening, and cancer evaluations are all part of the membership. Members never receive a bill when leaving the office. MD² Santa Monica does not require members to sign an annual commitment contract. The agreement the practice uses binds the physicians to you, not the other way around. Members can cancel at any time without any financial penalty. If you decide to leave, your physician will help you establish care with another doctor of your choosing.

Members receive direct cell phone numbers for both Dr. Lefevre and Dr. Estes. You can call either physician any time, day or night. You never need to go through a front desk, a nurse, or an exchange service. If your primary physician is unavailable, his partner picks up directly.

Yes. Dr. Lefevre and Dr. Estes accompany and visit their patients during hospital stays. They coordinate with specialists and advocate for your care throughout the admission. If a medical center in another city best serves your needs, your physician will make the arrangements and remain involved in overseeing your care.

MD² Santa Monica actively supports patients who travel frequently or split time between homes. Your physician remains your primary medical contact regardless of your location. If you need care in a city with another MD² office, your physician will coordinate with the MD² doctor in that location. Members also enroll in a worldwide medical evacuation service as part of their membership.

Dr. Lefevre and Dr. Estes specialize in adult internal medicine. The right age for a young adult to transition from pediatric care varies by individual, and the physicians welcome that conversation. Even when a child remains under a pediatrician's care, the MD² Santa Monica team is happy to stay involved and answer questions.
