MD² Philadelphia limits each physician to just 50 families. That small panel gives each patient direct, unhurried access to their physician and their physician's partner. The practice designed this structure so both Dr. Duffy and Dr. Brigidi can know each patient thoroughly over time.

The all-inclusive monthly fee is $2,334 for an individual. Family members can join at an additional cost. The fee covers all care and services the office provides, including unlimited access to your physician and their physician partner.

MD² Philadelphia does not bill insurance or Medicare. The monthly membership fee covers all care and services provided by the practice. Patients should plan to manage any outside specialist or hospital costs through their own insurance separately.

MD² Philadelphia offers internal medicine, preventive medicine, executive health, lifestyle medicine, culinary medicine, and nutritional counseling.
