Core Clinic - Villanova

Core Clinic offers two monthly membership tiers. The Core Plan runs $129 per month and includes a personalized longevity plan, next-available business day scheduling, unlimited text and email access, discounted lab testing, supplement recommendations, peptide therapy access, and medication management. The Executive Concierge Plan runs $399 per month and adds unlimited in-person or telehealth sessions, same-day scheduling, priority responses, one monthly chiropractic or massage therapy session, and complimentary lab testing. Home and office visits are available on the Executive plan for an additional fee.

Core Clinic does not accept insurance for membership fees. Patients can use insurance for lab work, imaging, or medications, but the practice also offers discounted cash prices that often cost less. Members may use HSA funds toward their membership. The current HSA annual cap of $3,850 covers a full year on the Core Plan.

New patients start with a detailed review of medical, lifestyle, and family history. Dr. Leid uses that conversation to clarify your goals. He then orders comprehensive lab work to identify any areas needing attention. A follow-up visit establishes your personalized plan, and ongoing consultations and lab retesting track your progress over time.

Core Clinic schedules 90-minute appointments. That length allows Dr. Leid to review your history, go through lab results in detail, and build a thorough plan with you. The practice also offers a one-time Health Assessment and Longevity Plan at $300, which includes a 90-minute consultation plus a comprehensive blood panel for an additional $250.

Yes. Executive Concierge Plan members receive same-day scheduling. Core Plan members receive next-available business day scheduling. Both plans include unlimited text and email access to Dr. Leid.

Dr. Leid holds licenses in Pennsylvania and Ohio and offers telemedicine visits for patients in both states. If you cannot come to the Villanova office, you can still access his services remotely. He recommends scheduling a free 15-minute consultation to discuss which plan fits your situation.

Yes. Dr. Leid focuses on longevity and prevention, but he also manages most acute and chronic conditions. He refers patients to specialists for anything outside his clinical scope. This means Core Clinic can function as your primary care home alongside its longevity services.

Yes. Current members who refer someone to the practice earn one free month of membership when that person enrolls in the Core Plan or Executive Concierge Plan.

The blood panel covers a wide range of markers including A1c, CBC, CMP, Testosterone, Estradiol, Cortisol, SHBG, Homocysteine, ApoB, Lipid Panel, Lp(a), Free T3 and T4, ALT/AST, Zinc, Magnesium, and more. The panel costs an additional $250 when added to the Health Assessment and Longevity Plan. Executive Concierge Plan members receive complimentary lab testing.

Yes. Executive Concierge Plan members can request home or office visits. An additional fee applies for those visits. Dr. Leid sees patients at the Villanova office Monday through Thursday and also conducts telehealth visits for remote patients.
