At McKinney Adult Medicine, PA, Dr. Michael Parisi has delivered internal medicine care to adult patients since 1999. He built the practice after relocating to McKinney, Texas with his young family. Over more than two decades, he has grown a clinical home for adults 18 and up throughout the McKinney area. In 2016, Dr. Parisi launched the Personalized Healthcare Program in partnership with Signature, MD. The program gives enrolled patients same or next-day visits, no-rush appointments, and a personalized phone number and email for direct 24-hour access to Dr. Parisi. He keeps the program's patient panel limited so each member receives unhurried, focused care. Nurse Practitioner Elena Walker, DNP, RN, FNP handles traditional office care under Dr. Parisi's oversight. The practice also offers telemedicine visits, in-office lab services, and Medicare Wellness care.
