The Premier Concierge membership, which adds house calls and after-hours home visits, costs $20,000 per year per person or $35,000 per year for a couple sharing a residence. North Texas Concierge Medicine also offers family rates for adult children and dependents upon request. Members can pay annually, biannually, or quarterly, with discounts available for annual and biannual payments.

The annual membership fee covers 24/7 direct access to Dr. Kiamanesh's personal cell, same-day or next-day appointments, longer visit times, and more time for care coordination. It does not cover medical services that your insurance plan covers. Copays and other insurance obligations still apply as usual.
