Membership for adults 26 and older costs $80 per month. Patients ages 19 to 25 pay $70 per month when added to another individual's membership. Children 18 and under pay $50 per month under the same condition. A one-time registration fee of $75 applies at enrollment. Any single individual, regardless of age, pays the standard single-member rate.

The monthly fee covers all visits for the year, including in-person, phone, text, and video appointments. It also includes same or next business day sick visits, most in-office procedures, most in-office tests, and low-cost labs. There are no co-pays and no long-term commitment. Members can cancel at any time.

McGilligan MD does not bill insurance for membership or office visits. However, patients can still use their insurance for labs, imaging, and medications at outside facilities. The practice also offers in-office labs and an in-office pharmacy with significantly lower costs than most retail options.

The practice offers same or next business day sick visits. Appointments run a minimum of 30 minutes, and annual physicals run 60 minutes. Patients can also reach their physician by phone, text, secure app, or video visit between appointments.

Yes. Patients communicate with their physician through phone calls, text, secure apps, and video visits. All of these communication methods are included in the monthly membership at no additional cost.

Yes. Home visits are available at the physician's discretion. Costs for home visits vary. Patients interested in this option can discuss it directly with their doctor.

The practice performs a wide range of in-office procedures including skin lesion removal, skin tag removal, cryotherapy, simple abscess drainage, laceration repair, ear wax removal, nebulizer treatments, and steroid injections. In-office testing includes EKG, rapid strep, mononucleosis testing, urinalysis, urine pregnancy testing, and pap smears.
