MapleTree Healing

MapleTree Healing charges $140 per month for individuals age 18 and older. The monthly fee covers unlimited access with no additional fees, copays, or deductibles. There is also a one-time enrollment fee of $200 for individuals or $300 for couples enrolling at the same time.

Members receive unlimited office visits, same-day appointments, direct phone and email access to Dr. Carden, 45-minute appointments, telehealth consultations, and house calls when appropriate. The membership also includes a wide range of office procedures such as suturing, cryotherapy, joint injections, and skin biopsies, as well as women's health visits and access to deeply discounted labs, medications, and imaging.

MapleTree Healing does not bill insurance for the monthly membership fee. However, patients can still use their insurance for labs, imaging, hospitalizations, specialist referrals, and other services outside the primary care visit. Many members pair their MapleTree membership with a high-deductible health plan.

Yes. Dr. Carden offers telehealth consultations and conducts house calls when clinically appropriate. A travel fee may apply for house calls requiring more than 30 minutes of driving.

Dr. Carden offers a free meet-and-greet by phone or in person for prospective patients. The enrollment form is available in both English and Spanish. The waitlist is currently full, with possible openings in May 2026.

Dr. Carden intentionally limits her panel to well under 10 percent of the typical primary care physician's caseload, which averages 2,500 to 4,000 patients. That small panel supports thorough care, same-day availability, and unhurried appointments.

Yes. The Health Equity Fund helps patients who cannot afford the full monthly fee. MapleTree Healing accepts donations from community members and also allows bartering, including vegetable shares, massage, sewing, car maintenance, lawn care, and other services, to reduce the financial burden for qualifying patients.

MapleTree Healing serves adults age 18 and older. Dr. Carden's clinical scope spans preventive medicine, chronic illness management, women's health, geriatric care, and end-of-life care.

Yes. The clinic hosts community meetings on health topics such as heart health, menopause, gut health, autoimmune disease, immune system support, and pelvic health. The clinic also maintains a lending library stocked with health and wellness books for members.
