Inspire Health DPC

Inspire Health DPC charges $125 per month for individuals age 17 and older. Students pay $75 per month. A one-time $200 enrollment fee applies, though the practice waives it for a joining spouse or household members. Members who pay annually receive their 12th month free. The monthly fee covers all primary care services: annual wellness exams, chronic disease management, acute care visits, health coaching in behavioral health, exercise and nutrition, travel medicine consultations, point-of-care lab tests, EKGs, telehealth visits, and access to the in-office mini-pharmacy. Inspire Health DPC requires a free meet-and-greet visit with Dr. Saxman before membership becomes official. That visit covers how the model works, answers any questions, and confirms the practice is a good fit. After that, members complete enrollment and pay the one-time enrollment fee to get started.

Yes. Dr. Saxman offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes. This availability often eliminates the need for urgent care visits.

Yes. Dr. Saxman provides telehealth visits when both doctor and patient agree that format works best. House calls and visits at a member's home, workplace, or another facility are also available for an additional fee.

In-office point-of-care lab tests and EKGs are included with membership. For outside labs, Inspire Health DPC members access negotiated cash rates through Quest, up to 90% off standard insurance-billed prices. Members also receive discounts of up to 50% on imaging, including x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasound at Oregon Imaging and McKenzie Medical Imaging.

Inspire Health DPC maintains an on-site mini-pharmacy stocked with antibiotics, acute illness medications, and many generic drugs. Members purchase these medications directly from the practice at significant savings. This avoids the cost and hassle of commercial pharmacy visits for common prescriptions.

Yes. Members may cancel at any time as outlined in the patient agreement. If a member cancels and wishes to re-enroll within 18 months, a $200 re-enrollment fee applies, subject to panel availability.
