A one-time registration fee of $200 per person applies, with a family maximum of $500. Lotus Primary Care also offers 3-month and 6-month seasonal memberships with no registration fee.

Lotus Primary Care does not bill insurance for its services. Members pay no copays, no deductibles, and receive no surprise bills for visits. Prescriptions, outside lab work, imaging, and specialist referrals can still run through a patient's insurance plan, and Dr. Libby can order those services with insurance billing going directly to the relevant provider.

Yes. Members can use HSA or FSA funds toward their Lotus Primary Care membership. Business members who participate through employer-sponsored DPC arrangements may also access a group discount rate using these funds.

Yes. Lotus Primary Care specifically designed membership options for seasonal residents. The 3-month membership costs $1,050 for individuals and $2,100 for families. The 6-month option costs $1,800 for individuals and $3,600 for families. Neither seasonal option carries a registration fee, and members can convert to a year-round membership without paying the registration fee if their membership stays continuous.

Members contact Dr. Libby directly by phone, text, or secure messaging through the Spruce platform. The practice maintains 24/7 availability for messaging and calls, with a commitment to respond within an hour for urgent issues outside regular office hours.

Yes. Dr. Libby offers telehealth visits for patients located in Massachusetts, Florida, New York, Maine, and Texas. Members can schedule telehealth appointments through the patient portal or by reaching out directly through Spruce.

This includes a 60-minute visit, individualized lab test ordering and interpretation covering cholesterol, diabetes risk, cancer screenings, bone health, and more, plus a written summary and personalized health recommendations. Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment is also available to non-members at $175 per visit.
