That flat fee covers all office visits, annual exams, sick visits, EKGs, point-of-care testing, cryotherapy, and other in-office procedures. You never pay copays, deductibles, or surprise bills.

Yes. As of January 1st, 2026, you can use an HSA to pay your Falmouth DPC membership fee. Confirm eligibility with your HSA administrator before applying your funds.

The practice does not accept health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for billing purposes. The practice does welcome patients who carry Medicare or other coverage. You still need health insurance for specialist care, imaging, hospitalizations, and other services outside the practice.

PPO plans and Medicare work well alongside a Falmouth DPC membership. HMO plans require you to maintain an in-network primary care physician as a condition of covering referrals, which makes them incompatible with DPC. Check with your insurer before enrolling.

Yes. The practice schedules same-day and next-day visits. Dr. Cotti keeps his panel to a few hundred patients, so the schedule stays open and appointments stay unhurried.

Yes. Falmouth DPC offers telehealth visits for patients who prefer not to come into the office. You can book a video visit directly through the practice.

Your membership covers all office visits, annual exams, sick visits, EKGs, point-of-care testing, pregnancy tests, urinalysis, Covid and flu and RSV testing, pap tests, eye exams for corneal abrasion, tick and earwax removal, cryotherapy for warts and skin tags and other lesions, and wound care including suturing and skin glue. The practice also places orders for labs and imaging at outside facilities.

The practice does not currently offer vaccines or in-office blood draws. Local pharmacies provide vaccines, and nearby facilities handle lab draws. Dr. Cotti places the lab order and reviews your results.

The practice serves adult patients ages 18 and older. Falmouth DPC does not treat pediatric patients.

The practice prescribes chronic daily opioids only for cancer-related pain and end-of-life care. Dr. Cotti does not treat patients with chronic daily benzodiazepines. Stimulant medications require a documented childhood diagnosis and formal testing before the practice considers prescribing them.
