Little Village Pediatrics

Monthly fees at Little Village Pediatrics depend on your child's age. Newborns through age two pay $150 per month, which includes in-home visits for the first six weeks. Children ages two to five pay $125 per month, and children six and older pay $100 per month. For families with multiple children, the first child pays the listed rate and each additional child pays $75 per month. Families with three or more children cap their total monthly payment at $300. The practice also charges a one-time family enrollment fee of $100.

The practice has reached its panel limit of approximately 200 patients and is currently at capacity. Dr. Davidson maintains a waitlist for families who want to join. She gives priority on the waitlist to newborns, infants, and new moms. You can submit a request to join the waitlist and Dr. Davidson will follow up by email to confirm your spot and answer questions.

Yes. Members have direct access to Dr. Davidson around the clock, every day of the week. You can contact her by phone, text, email, or video chat at any time, including nights and weekends. Dr. Davidson also sees patients during evenings and weekends when the situation calls for it. There is no receptionist or nurse acting as a go-between.

The practice does not process insurance for medical care. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers all visits, in-office testing, and care coordination with Dr. Davidson. The practice does accept insurance for vaccinations. If your child needs outside lab work or imaging, you can use your insurance for those services if your plan covers them. Little Village Pediatrics also accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA payments.

Yes. Members can connect with Dr. Davidson via phone, video, text, or email at any time. These direct communication options are included in the monthly membership. There is no additional fee for reaching out through these channels.

Yes. Dr. Davidson makes in-home visits for newborns during the first six weeks of life as part of the newborn membership. For children older than two months, in-home visits are available within certain geographic limits for a $25 fee.

The practice runs a full range of in-office diagnostics. Dr. Davidson tests for flu, strep, RSV, mono, COVID, and urine infections. She also performs hemoglobin, lead, cholesterol, glucose, and HbA1C screening in the office. Breathing treatments, minor laceration repair with sutures or staples, and management of acute sprains and injuries are all available as well.

Yes. Dr. Davidson requires all member patients to follow the standard childhood vaccination schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. This requirement does not include COVID or flu vaccines, which she offers separately to both members and non-members.

Little Village Pediatrics serves patients from birth through adolescence. Newborns receive in-home visits during the first six weeks. The practice also provides puberty education, ADD/ADHD management, and depression and anxiety management for older children and teens. Sports physicals and camp paperwork are included in all memberships for eligible age groups at no extra cost.

Yes. The practice opens a few services to the community beyond its membership panel. Dr. Davidson offers Girlology and Guyology puberty education classes for third through fifth graders at $100 per adult and child pair, open to families regardless of membership status. She also provides flu and COVID vaccinations to non-members. Medical grade ear piercing using the Blomdahl system is available for children five and older at a flat fee of $130, which covers the procedure, jewelry, and aftercare supplies.
