The Lifeway Enhanced Care plan includes a 90-minute comprehensive physical examination each year. That visit is not billed to insurance. The exam incorporates advanced diagnostics such as body composition analysis, pure tone audiogram, ankle-brachial index, memory evaluation, and cardiovascular assessments including carotid intima-media thickness testing and coronary artery calcium scoring.

The Bale-Doneen Method uses advanced lipid, metabolic, inflammatory, and genetic testing through Cleveland Heart Lab to detect atherosclerosis early. Lifeway Concierge Medicine uses this approach to identify cardiovascular risk before symptoms develop.
