Yes. Legacy sends labs through Quest Diagnostics at special negotiated pricing. Members also receive discounts on X-rays, CT scans, MRI, echocardiograms, and cardiac stress tests. Many rapid in-office tests, including strep, flu, urinalysis, and glucose, are included at no additional cost.

Yes. Legacy requires 30 days written notice to cancel a monthly membership. Monthly members must complete a minimum three-month commitment before canceling. Members who move out of state may qualify for a refund on unused months. The annual prepay option also carries a discount over the monthly rate.
