Strive Direct Health charges $55 per month for children ages 0-17. Adults ages 18-45 pay $105 per month, and adults ages 46-64 pay $115 per month. Families pay no more than $325 per month total. Families with two paying adults pay for only the first two children; additional kids join free.

The membership covers unlimited access to primary care. Members can schedule in-person visits, telemedicine appointments, or reach their doctor directly by text or email. The practice also gives members discounted rates on labs and medications.

Yes. Strive Direct Health offers same-day and next-day visits. Members also have 24/7 direct access to their physician by text or email for questions that do not require an in-person visit.

Strive Direct Health does not bill insurance for membership or primary care services. The flat monthly fee covers your care directly. Members may still carry insurance for hospitalizations, specialist visits, or other services outside the practice's scope.

Yes. The practice offers telemedicine visits alongside in-person appointments. Members can also contact their doctor by text or email, so many routine questions resolve without scheduling a formal visit.

Strive Direct Health does not see patients on Medicare. Colorado law prohibits DPC practices from serving Medicare beneficiaries, so the practice cannot enroll or treat patients who carry Medicare coverage.

Services include preventive care, chronic condition management, acute care, women's health, men's health, functional medicine, bioidentical testosterone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, EKG, bloodwork, skin tag removal, and medical ear piercing.
