The membership covers unlimited access to Dr. Dorotik through office visits, phone calls, texts, emails, and virtual visits. It also includes in-office diagnostic testing such as EKG, urinalysis, and point-of-care tests for Strep, COVID, flu, and urine pregnancy. Annual physicals run 90 minutes at no additional charge.

Yes. Arvada Direct Primary Care keeps its panel small so same-day or next-day appointments are always available. Members never have to compete for last-minute slots or wait weeks to be seen.

Arvada Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance for its services. The monthly membership fee covers all practice care. Members should keep their existing insurance for labs, imaging, specialist referrals, hospitalizations, and other services outside the practice. The practice works best with PPO-type plans, as it cannot process HMO referrals.

Members can reach Dr. Dorotik by phone, text, secure messaging, or telemedicine visit. She responds promptly to calls and messages. For urgent or emergent needs, the practice is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes. Members can cancel at any time. Arvada Direct Primary Care prorates and returns any pre-paid fees upon cancellation. Re-enrollment after cancellation requires a $750 re-enrollment fee and depends on space availability.

No. Arvada Direct Primary Care welcomes out-of-area patients and snowbirds. Members must visit the practice in person at least once per year. Outside of that requirement, Dr. Dorotik handles most care by phone or telemedicine.
