LakelandMD charges $129 per month per member. A one-time enrollment fee of $250 per person applies, capped at $400 for families. The monthly fee covers office visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, well-woman care, behavioral health, minor procedures, and much more. Lab work, imaging, and medications fall outside the membership but are available to members at negotiated low rates.

LakelandMD does not bill insurance and does not accept it for membership fees. There are no copays or deductibles. Many members carry a separate catastrophic or health-sharing plan alongside their LakelandMD membership. The practice recommends Sedera Health Share for patients who want that added coverage.

Yes. LakelandMD offers same-day and next-day appointments. Members also have direct access to Dr. Wooldridge's personal phone number for questions and urgent needs.

Yes. LakelandMD provides both telemedicine visits and house calls. Mobile IV therapy is also available throughout Lakeland and the surrounding areas.

The monthly membership covers acute and non-acute office visits, chronic disease management, annual wellness visits, preventive care, well-woman care, behavioral health, sports and school physicals, smoking cessation counseling, healthy lifestyle guidance, and a full range of minor procedures. In-office diagnostics such as EKG, rapid strep and flu testing, urinalysis, glucose testing, and pregnancy testing are also included.

LakelandMD negotiates directly with imaging centers, clinical labs, and partner pharmacies. Members access X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, mammograms, comprehensive lab panels, and medications at cost rather than marked-up retail prices.

Yes. LakelandMD offers healthcare benefit solutions for businesses with five or more employees. Employer rates run under $100 per employee per month. The practice serves small and medium businesses throughout Lakeland and greater Polk County.

LakelandMDIV is the practice's custom IV therapy program. It offers multiple infusion options including Wellness and Hydration, Energy and Performance, Immunity Boost, Beauty and Glow, NAD+ Infusion, Recovery and Detox, Myers' Cocktail, and custom blends. Mobile IV therapy is available throughout Lakeland and surrounding areas. New IV infusion patients receive a consultation with Dr. Wooldridge before beginning treatment.

Yes. LakelandMD performs medical ear piercing using the Blomdahl Medical Ear Piercing System, an ISO 13485 certified system from Sweden. The service is available for patients as young as six months. Members pay $49 and non-members pay $69.
